I downloaded Skype for Business on Mac and I have tons of Chats saved, but there is no setting for deleting them after X amount of days or a way to delete them in mass. You should be signed in automatically if you're logged into Active Directory (AD). Click the start button and navigate to the Microsoft Office 2013 Folder and select Skype for Business (Mac users: open Applications directory and click on Microsoft Lync).
